Leadership

Image
Most Inspired Leader On this day for GNCT we had to learn about Leadership quality. There are many good leaders with leadership qualities. among them the most inspired leader of me is Mother Teresa. When I read the word servant leadership, Mother Teresa immediately popped up into my head. It’s hard to imagine a celebrity who left home at 18 to pursue a religious life, gave up all her worldly possessions except for the simplest necessities of life:    three identical outfits, a pair of sandals, and a tin washing pail to live and work among the poorest of the poor in a remote and unknown country. Back to the servant eldership definition, Greenleaf (1970) stated the origin of this theory that the leader has a need/desire to serve others so that they can develop themselves and therefore perform to meet organizational needs. In turn, those followers develop into servants themselves to help others in the organization which again helps the organization perform. Accor...

Egg Cover

Image
Egg Cover Last day in GNCT lecture there was game called “Egg Cover”. For that game we were only provided an egg, A4 sheets and seloteps. By this limited resources we had to make a safety cover for the egg. It should be more creative as well as it should have good strategy to protect the egg when it falls down in the high. First and foremost we need to make a good strategy for this egg cover. As a team we made a good plan for our egg cover. We came up with a good plan which has 6 corns and egg should be in the middle with more safety. It’s like a 3D design to protect the egg in all sides. First we cover the egg with papers and then we paste 6 corns in the 6 sides of the egg. As well as we filled the corns with papers to get more protection. As a result we made a nice and strategic egg cover for this game. It is very attractive also. After finishing our egg cover we go outside and throw egg cover with egg inside it from up to floor.
